My name is Ann, and in February of 2004, I bought my first house from Duane Zeller. As a single mom, this was somewhat of an intimidating process, but Duane made it as painless as possible. I still love my house, and the quality of the house is important to me as a single woman and not so handy! Duane has been available for every question and concern I’ve had, and still is four years later. Thanks to Duane for building me a home I can feel secure in!

After spending a couple of months in our new house, we felt it necessary to express to you the delight we have found in our home and experiences with you.

For many months, we tromped from open house to open house only to find homes that partially met our needs. We were just starting to give up on finding a home that met our expectations when we drove through Peakview Estates. The home you built caught our immediate attention as its curb-side appeal is top notch, and quite impressive. However, the most pleasing feature is that this home is completely finished. The tastefully finished basement allows us to spend more time together as a family in a common area.

Not long after we closed on the house, we discovered a couple of minor problems that were brought to your attention. Thank you for responding to those issues so quickly. We are very fortunate to have purchased a home with a good warranty from an honest and courteous professional.

Duane Zeller built my home in the summer of 2000. I was a first timer and grateful he was so accommodating on what modifications I needed for the house and business I was having added. He even changed a few things at no extra cost. I liked that shortly before closing, I found him doing some last minute inspecting and cleaning to make sure everything had been done right. I thought that was very considerate though I wouldn't be surprised if he does that for every home. And, if there are any problems that may come up he is quick to respond to get them fixed.
